STUDENT FAIL EVEN AFTER READING

why do students fail even after the time spent in reading?

"I read my books and i was committed to my studies,  yet i failed the test" says ruth . Students fails exams and test although they read all through the night, why is it so?
The truth is that, there are factors responsible for this, we shall consider few things that makes a student fail even when he read well.

• LACK OF UNDERSTANDING: This is one of the purpose why student fail, when reading there should be understanding of what you are reading and not cramming ; this is the practice of working intensively to absorb large volumes of informational material in short amounts of time. It is often done by students in preparation for upcoming exams, this method is not reliable, because at a point when you forget a word the  whole statement will be  forgotten too. you should learn how to read and understand and not to cram.
• MISUNDERSTANDING: It is quiet different from the first one, This is a  situation where something is not understood properly,  when you read something in a book and you don't understand its actual meaning but instead believe that it means something different entirely, this is an example of a misunderstanding of the book. and this also leads to failure to student. so we should try to understand what the passage is actual meaning or ask a senior student or a teacher on what you are confused about, don't just take it the way you think it is.
• READING WITHOUT INTEREST: When you don't have interest on what you are reading you may lose focus. read with all your mind focused to it (book), there should be a good reading ability and 99% interest on what you are reading, knowing that you are going to achieve a goal.
• MONEY ISSUES: when a student provides for himself alone or has a parent who does not have much, this money factor can be a strategy, because when reading your mind wouldn't be there but on how you will pay your school fee or other things that has to do with the school. so it is better to have a good wall to lean on that will not collapse.
• TEACHER FAULT: Teacher sometimes can be at fault for marking a child's work wrong when he is right, he (teacher) may not know but the deed has been done. 
• EXPOSURE: Expo is a very crucial factor, when you have expo and the expo is wrong, that is automatic failure.
